The delivery time frame is divided into two periods:
1) Processing Time (2–3 days):
Order confirmation, adjustments, quality check, packaging.
Within 12–24 hours after the order is placed, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order has been released in our system, production is initiated. For products with personalized customization, it takes about 1–2 days to produce, ensure quality, and package the product.
2) Delivery Time
The time from our international shipping center to the delivery address: Shipping is carried out by the U.S. postal service provider ePacket. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, delivery takes approximately:

Germany: 7–25 business days (usually 7–12 business days, but we currently state a longer delivery time as a precaution due to possible delays caused by the coronavirus).
IMPORTANT: For instant bank transfers, delivery times may be extended by 1–3 days.
All shipping times exclude customs clearance and customs delays.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Currently, we offer our customers free standard shipping within Germany. Optionally, we provide insured premium shipping (insurance against theft, loss, or damage of the package) for an additional €2.90.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
